Texas Legislature: Water Market Hearing
Clay Landry, Managing Director of WestWater Research along with Wes Strickland of Jackson Walker, LLP recently testified as part of an expert panel before the Texas House of Representatives – Natural Resources Committee regarding the status of water markets in Texas. This testimony was provided as part of an interim committee’s charge to evaluate of the status of water markets in Texas and the potential benefits and challenges of expanded markets for water.
