Audrey Arnao Named Senior Associate

WestWater is proud to announce that Audrey Arnao has been promoted to Senior Associate.

“Audrey is an incredible asset to the WestWater team. She has worked diligently over the past five years to develop expertise in both the California and Arizona water markets while providing an outstanding level of service to WestWater’s clients,” said WestWater Research Southwest Regional Director Jessica Fox. “We are fortunate for her contributions and excited for her to take on new challenges and opportunities in this expanded role.”

Audrey joined WestWater as a Summer Associate in 2017 before joining the team full-time as a Research Analyst in 2018 and was promoted to Research Associate in 2020.

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, she is responsible for water rights transactions research, market analysis, econometric and financial modeling, and water supply assessments across the Western US. One of Audrey’s primary roles is maintaining daily and comprehensive research on California water rights transactions and creating weekly California Water Market Report video segments and transaction reports that are used to calculate the NQH2O Index.

Audrey received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. As a senior, Audrey completed her honors thesis on the effects of water right heterogeneity on price in California’s spot market using WestWater transactions data. During her time as a student, Audrey was employed by the W.P. Carey School of Business as a writing tutor and earned an International Business Certificate while studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
