Brett Bovee to Lead WestWater’s Colorado Office

Brett Bovee has been selected as the new Intermountain Regional Director to lead WestWater’s Fort Collins, Colorado office.

Bovee brings to WestWater over ten years of experience conducting a variety of engineering and water rights studies across the western United States.  Brett has specialized in Native American water rights settlements and court cases, and brings unique expertise in the areas of Tribal water planning and management. As a senior engineer with Natural Resources Consulting Engineers (NCRE), Brett performed dozens of investigations of water supply and demand for Federal, Tribal, and private clients, and has completed several more detailed studies of comprehensive water planning, irrigated agriculture development potential, and water project feasibility.

Brett holds B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in biological and environmental engineering from Cornell University, with a focus in water resources.  He is a licensed professional civil engineer in five western states, and is recognized as a professional hydrologis
